Drivers were right on time and were very competent.  Tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly: our Rome couple, driver Stefano Tocci and his wife Tina took us all over Rome, showed us everything we wanted to see and more, all with a wonderful sense of humor, even when a delegation from Qatar kept unexpectedly closing intersections with their priority motorcade.  Our guide for the Vatican, Danielle, was also terrific and clearly knew how to get past long lines and where all the best viewing spots are!  Those 3 employees in particular  were exceptional!”

I didn't know if you had a form for customers to fill out that you could email me about my family's recent trip to Italy that preceded our Mediterranean cruise.  We were very impressed by your guides and drivers, so much so that we wondered if you do the same thing in other countries (the Baltics, England, Spain).  Silvia in Florence and Max in Rome were absolutely excellent.  The driver in Rome was also fantastic (Mauricio?).

Tina and company in Rome (Roma Limo...) are excellent.  She is just wonderful, as is her husband.  Very accommodating, so personable and efficient.  They work very hard.  They will be the same company meeting us, correct?  We had to get to the ship so quickly when she dropped us off, I didn't get a chance to talk to her.  Also, if you have a chance, could you check with her to see if she found a digital camera onboard her coach after dropping us off....my clients forgot it on her bus, and I told them I may be able to retrieve it from Tina on the way home----I am assuming we will be seeing her or at least her company again.”
