Colosseum – Booking and Tickets

If we had to sum up Rome with one thing, that would be the Colosseum. It was the greatest amphiteatre of the Roman Empire, built almost 2000 years ago, and it remains as a proof of Rome’s past glory and grandeur. After the imperial times were over, the Colosseum was abandoned and turned into a fortress for the city clans, a place of Christian worship and a source of building materials. In your Rome tour you really cannot miss this wonder that people come from all over the world to see.
